In the bride's dressing room, Eric's Mom puts on the veil as Whitney's Mom looks looks on.

I always like portraits of brides with the veil over the face.  It's a classic look! 

This image was taken at VanderVeer park, and it was one of my favorites of the day.  I love the back lighting through the pine trees!

Whitney had a unique set of photos attached to the stem of her bouquet of family members that had passed away.

I'm closing this entry with a portrait of Whitney at the altar.  The bridal portraits are one my favorite  sessions of the wedding day, and I prefer the more "non-traditional" images.

I am glad I was able to photograph Whitney and Eric's wedding.  When they first called to commission my services, I was booked with another client.  But that client moved their date to a July Saturday, and I was able to work with Whitney and Eric in August...and I enjoyed the entire day!
