Reception: The Radisson Quad City Plaza, Davenport, IA
Colin and Allison's reception was in downtown Davenport at The Radisson, and at the end of the night we stepped out the backdoor to watch the fireworks across the street. It was a great view with the Sky-Bridge in the background.
This image was my favorite!
St. Paul's Lutheran in Davenport is my all-time favorite church in this area for photography. There is an abundance of soft, ambient light and no need for artificial flash guns!
We were at Leach park in Bettendorf for this session and what a great moment with Colin and Allison!

As we were going from on location to another for portraits, I found these great reflections in the pillars of a memorial at the church. This is the kind of image you can't plan before the wedding...you just see it when it happens.
St. Paul's has these huge oak doors at the entrance to to the sanctuary, and they open them slowly as the bride and Her Dad begin their walk down the aisle. It's a beautiful moment.
